My stay at Hotel Sirius was quite pleasant overall. The location is fantastic, being really close to the airport. but I did experience some issues, like the air conditioning not working properly. The room was clean and bright, yet smaller than expected. Despite a few drawbacks, it provided decent value for the price.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and spacious, though the suite I booked was smaller than the indicated 495 square feet. The flooring was wooden, which could be a bit noisy, but overall, I found it comfortable. especially the bed.
Service
10.0
The service was a highlight, with friendly staff who could converse well in English. Heendy Jin at the information desk was especially helpful, assisting me with renting a car and recommending restaurants. Their attentiveness really stood out.
Location
8.0
The hotel’s location is ideal, especially being so close to the airport and several eateries and shopping malls. However, I did find that there weren't many great restaurants within walking distance, which was a bit limiting.
Dining
9.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good spread, including excellent abalone porridge. The food was well presented, and the service in the restaurant was efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, with a clean indoor pool and jacuzzi on the top floor, providing a nice view. I did miss having complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, which I've usually found in other hotels.

5.8/10

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sirius, thanks to the friendly staff and great breakfast options, especially the abalone porridge. However, the noise from the road affected my sleep, and I was disappointed to find out that using the rooftop pool required an extra fee, despite it being a major lure of the hotel.

Rooms
6.0
The hotel room was nice and clean, but the noise from the street was disturbing, particularly since I was on a lower floor.
Service
8.0
I found the staff to be friendly and efficient, especially in the restaurant where the breakfast was served.
Location

Hotel Sirius is conveniently located near the airport, making it an easy choice for travelers with early flights, though the area feels more urban rather than vacation-like.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast was a highlight of my stay; it was well-presented and delicious, making my mornings more enjoyable.
Facilities

The rooftop pool is beautiful, but the requirement to pay extra and wear a hair cap was quite annoying. Also, the gym had limited equipment.

6.6/10

My stay at Hotel Sirius was overall pleasant, especially with its great location near the airport and local eateries. However, I encountered a few issues with the amenities and cleanliness that could improve the experience. The reception staff was friendly, making my stay more enjoyable. Despite some drawbacks, I found the experience to be decent given the pricing. 😊

Rooms
7.0
I stayed in a suite, which was smaller than advertised and the spa tub didn’t work. While the room had a bright atmosphere and a spacious bathroom, I noticed some dust in the corners. The wooden flooring was a bit noisy at times, but the bed was comfortable.
Service
6.0
The reception staff was friendly and could converse well in English, though I encountered some challenges when trying to communicate issues with my room. Unfortunately, the assistance for fixing the air conditioner didn't go smoothly. I missed breakfast by 10 minutes, and the staff were rather strict about that.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is a major advantage. It's very close to the airport and conveniently situated near bus stops, making it easy to get around. I even enjoyed morning walks at the nearby Sammu Park.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast options were decent and catered to both local and foreign tastes. However, there wasn't much flexibility when I missed the breakfast time, which was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
I was disappointed to find out that swimming pool access required an additional fee and the rental of swimming caps. These details weren’t communicated upfront, which was frustrating, especially for my kids. The amenities could be better maintained, as the towels were small and worn out.

6.2/10

During my stay at Hotel Sirius, I appreciated the excellent location close to the airport and local eateries, making transportation easy. However, I was disappointed by the additional charges for pool access and some uncooperative service from the staff. Overall, my experience was decent, but the lack of clear communication about facilities and policies dampened my enjoyment. 😊

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and modern, featuring comfortable beds. However, I did find them a bit smaller than expected, and the spa tub I was looking forward to didn’t work during my stay.
Service
5.0
While some staff members were friendly and accommodating, my interactions were occasionally hindered by a lack of willingness to help with issues like luggage storage. This left me feeling a bit frustrated.
Location
8.0
The hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation right outside the hotel. I found this aspect of my stay particularly enjoyable.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the homemade abalone congee, which was a highlight of my mornings. However, options for dining outside the hotel were also quite good.
Facilities
5.0
The lobby was spacious and modern, but I was disappointed by the extra fees required to use certain facilities like the pool. Additionally, the requirement for a swimming cap for pool access felt unnecessary.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sirius for two nights. The friendly staff and clean facilities stood out, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the noise from the busy road made it difficult to sleep well, especially since my room faced the street. I really wish they offered soundproofing for rooms located on the lower floors.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were fine and quite typical of many hotels in Korea, though I did find the ondol room smaller than expected. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and modern appearance.
Service

Staff were really helpful and friendly throughout my stay, which added to my overall experience. They were especially accommodating when I needed to change my room.

I enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and neat. It was a satisfying start to my day as I explored Jeju.
Facilities

While the swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice perks, I was surprised to find that using them required an extra fee and adherence to some strict rules, like wearing a swimming cap.
